Role Overview

Cegid seeks a Pigment System Analyst to oversee the maintenance, configuration, and evolution of our Pigment tool. This role is vital for ensuring effective visualization and modeling of data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will be data-oriented with a strong background in data visualization or modeling, collaborating with various teams to enhance
- driven insights.

Responsibilities

1. Configure and optimize Pigment to meet data visualization needs, ensure seamless operation, and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. Manage user access rights and facilitate onboarding for new users.
3. Develop and manage data visualizations and models supporting business analytics, ensuring data accuracy.
4. Document data visualization processes and establish best practices.
5. Support internal teams, train end users, and simplify complex data concepts.
6. Maintain a backlog of tool enhancements and visualization projects, prioritize tasks, and propose a strategic roadmap.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within an IT department preferred.
• Data Skills: Strong analytical skills focused on visualization and modeling.
• Autonomy & Organization: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle backlog management.
• Soft Skills: Excellent
  - solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in English required; French is an advantage.
