We are currently seeking a Piping Prefab Workshop Inspector (QA/QC).

Location: Sines, Portugal

Work Modality: On site

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project QA/QC Manager with all Quality Control activities and tasks for the projects, acting as deputy Project QA/QC Manager as required.
• Serve as QA/QC / Inspection Representative, ensuring compliance with local regulations, project standards, and procedures.
• Perform QA/QC activities for the assigned project and/or construction contract.
• Verify conformity against contractual requirements during construction, erection, and installation activities, focusing on execution plan, delivery date, and manufacturing quality.
• Manage and update QA/QC deliverables in applicable IT tools (e. g. , Easy
  Plant).
• Analyze information from construction contractors and monitor KPIs evolution.
• Issue QA/QC project deliverables such as Pre-Inspection Meeting reports, Pre-JSM, PPs, QCPs, CSHs.
• Identify and report QA/QC deviations or issues affecting deliveries or quality, coordinate recovery actions, and follow up until resolution.
• Contribute to the technical evaluation of offers related to construction scope of work.
• Assist in the performance evaluation of construction contractors and inspection agencies.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Engineering degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Languages: Spanish, English (B2), Portuguese.

Additional Information:

• Experience in civil works on site.
• Ability to report compliance with standards accurately and clearly.
• Capability to provide precise reports indicating compliance with applicable construction codes and project specifications.
