We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified PK Scientist (Pharmacokinetics) to join our Model-Informed Drug Development (MID) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and validation of modeling and simulation (M&S) projects that support strategic
- making across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including Value Added Medicines, Cell Therapies, Therapeutic Proteins, and other advanced pharmaceutical and biological products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and PK/PD models to predict in vivo behavior of drugs, biologics, and cell therapies;
• Conduct complex data analyses to support
  - making in drug development projects, including optimization of dosing regimens and formulation strategies;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (preclinical, biopharmaceutical, clinical) to integrate M&S data into development strategies for innovative therapies;
• Validate models and simulations, ensuring their robustness and applicability in regulatory contexts;
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal communication and regulatory submissions;
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in modeling and simulation, particularly as they apply to biologics, cell therapies, and
  - added medicines.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph
  D in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biostatistics, or related fields;
• Proven experience in modeling and simulation (M&S) within the context of drug development, preferably with exposure to biologics, cell therapies, or advanced therapeutics;
• Strong knowledge of M&S software tools;
• Familiarity with international regulations and guidelines (FDA, EMA) related to PK/PD and M&S;
• Team player with excellent communication and
  - solving skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
