Application Support with C# experience to give support to our application users and work integrated with application development team.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Application users and Business Analysts to ensure the product is performing as expected
• Contributes to testing and implementation of new functionality and enhancements in the system in accordance with
  - wide technical architecture standards
• Accesses and uses source code control repository, Dev
  Ops toolchains as well as deployments
• Contributes to improving existing software by identifying bugs, optimizations, and efficiency opportunities
• Manages general software issues relating to data integrity, system efficiency, functional architecture, performance, etc.
• Provides a clear progress update on tasks to the domain manager on a regular basis, escalates risk and issues in a timely manner
• Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members and sets the technical direction within the scope of the concerned applications

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: SQL, C#, Scripting languages (Shell/Python/other), Service Now or other ticketing tool, GIT, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes
• Language Skills: Fluent in English
• Soft Skills: Problem solving and critical thinking, Communication, Teamwork and collaboration, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
