We are looking for a PL/SQL Analyst.

Main Tasks:

Lead the
-
- end process of defining, documenting, and managing business requirements Provide L1 and L2 IT functional support for Market Risk applications.

Monitor applications to ensure high availability and SLA compliance.

Investigate, debug logs, and resolve production incidents efficiently.

Communicate progress of outstanding issues to
- users.

Contribute to continuous automation and improvement of applications.

Enhance user satisfaction by solving problems effectively.

Create and maintain project and support documentation.

Main Skills & Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, or Finance.

Proven experience with SQL programming.

Experience in L1/L2 IT functional support.

Strong debugging,
- solving, and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of
- oriented programming.

Basic understanding of ITIL.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ownership of issues.

Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).

Hybrid Role in Porto
