What You'll Do

As a QA Engineer, you’ll be part of a
- functional team, working closely with developers, product owners, and Dev
Ops to ensure that our software delivers exceptional performance, usability, and stability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using various programming technologies.
• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries ;
  
  work with database structures and models.
• Support Core Banking systems (preferred, not mandatory).
• Provide technical guidance and onboarding for junior team members.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments .
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to team members.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (mandatory).
• 4–5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL (mandatory).
• Knowledge of procedural or
  - oriented programming languages .
• Experience in Core Banking systems (plus).
• Experience in database modelling (plus).
• English proficiency at least B2 level .
• Role model mindset:
  
  experience in mentoring, technical support, and onboarding junior colleagues.
