Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using multiple technologies.
• Write efficient SQL and PLSQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.
• Collaborate in database modeling and schema design (when applicable).

Technical Leadership & Support

• Serve as a role model and mentor for junior team members.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
• Review code and ensure best practices and standards are followed.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and product owners.

Problem Solving & Innovation

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies relevant to the business.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Document technical designs, processes, and solutions clearly.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience as a PL/SQL Developer
• Development experience with multiple technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PLSQL;
  
  
  
  ability to write and understand complex queries (Must).
• Experience in Core Banking systems (Plus).
• Experience in database modeling (Plus).
• Proficiency in programming languages (Procedural Programming or Object-Oriented Programming).
• English proficiency at least at B2 level.
• Role model mindset with experience onboarding junior team members and providing technical support.
