Required qualifications to be successful in this role (4/5 years for Senior Profiles):

• The candidate must have at least one higher education degree (Must).

• Development experience with different technologies.

• Experience in SQL and PLSQL and ability to write and understand queries (Must).

• Experience in Core Banking (Plus).

• Experience in database modelling (Plus).

• Knowledge in programming languages (Procedural Programming or Object-Oriented Programming).

• English proficiency should be at least B2 level.

• They must have been living in Portugal for at least 1 and a half years (Must).

• Role model mindset, experience in onboarding junior team members, and used to do technical support of team members.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.

• Passion for learning and growing as a developer.

• Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies.

• Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn.
