We are seeking a Planning and Control Analyst to join our team.

As a Planning and Control Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting management, planning, and control data analysis to identify deviations and their causes and effects.
2. Contributing to the production of
   - up and periodic financing reports.
3. Assisting in monthly deviation analysis.
4. Supporting the management of publicly funded projects (PRR, Portugal 2030, Horizon Europe, etc. ).
5. Maintaining a PMO perspective on project activities and monitoring financial and operational KPIs with project managers.
6. Supporting the generation of financial and operational information.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in consulting and/or financial management of
  - project programs.
• Experience managing
  - funded projects such as PRR, Portugal 2030, Horizon Europe, etc.
• Experience in creating and monitoring documentation and reporting processes.
• Strong
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with
  - functional teams.
• Capacity to operate in dynamic and ambiguous project environments.
• Interest in staying updated on innovation trends.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Specific Skills Required

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Fluent in English.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract duration: until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of renewal.
