At ARGHOS, the engineering and consultancy powerhouse of the Aernnova Group, we’re looking for a talented and passionate Planning Engineer (Primavera P6) to join our team on an exciting project with one of the leading players in the Oil&Gas sector.

As a Planning Engineer, you will:

• Develop and implement robust project schedules aligned with execution strategies.
• Optimize resource allocation and define project breakdown structures.
• Monitor project progress, detect delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with project milestones, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with clients to secure schedule approvals and milestone validations.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.

What You’ll Bring:

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (onshore, offshore and/or subsea).
• Advanced knowledge of EPCm work processes.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) and Microsoft Project (well valued).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Experience in cost control is a plus.
• Fluency in English required;
  
  
  
  Portuguese is positively valued.
