We're currently seeking a Planning Engineer to join our office in Lisbon. This is a key role for us as we expand our team & offering to hit our ambitious growth goals, and will work closely alongside our CEO to ensure our project operations, budget and schedule progresses according to plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define, manage, and control project budgets
• Prepare comprehensive reports for the team and management
• Collaborate with project managers and functional managers for effective team utilization and project delivery as per project requirements.
• Develop and adjust detailed project plans
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (+3 years) as a planning engineer or similar roles. Preferably in an architecture company or construction.
• Proficiency level in English.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software).
• Familiarity with architectural design processes, construction sequencing and related terminology.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and foster strong working relationships.
• Proactive attitude,
  - motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
