Planning Lead - Data Centers

Responsibilities

• Develop bid programmes to support and compliment bid submissions
• Develop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects
• Work with Project Directors and site teams to develop and maintain effective Project Planning Strategies and Programmes
• Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management
• Business development activities with new clients
• Liaise with stakeholders to review progress of projects, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving
• Create and maintain schedules for the
  - construction, construction, and commissioning phases of specific projects as requested
• Establish and maintain project schedule resource requirements across all projects
• Develop and Communicate tools for the effective target completion of project goals
• Provide performance updates / reports for identification of variances and corrective actions
• Planning representative in Client & Subcontractor meetings
• Develop and coach the members of the planning team across projects and prioritise workloads, delegate appropriately and be an effective role model

Skills and Requirements

• Advanced user of Primavera P6 or Asta
• 6+ years experience in a similar role
• Data Center experience preferred
• Knowledge of BIM & Engineering Process particularly at Pre-Construction Stage
• Manage and support planning team members in executing projects
