Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize production to meet company targets and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Ensure availability of materials to fulfill production orders while monitoring costs.
• Supervise equipment maintenance and verify that procedures are correctly implemented.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Finance teams to align production with sales forecasts, deadlines, and company objectives.

Candidate Profile

Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field. Strong leadership, planning, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently. Proficient in Excel and ERP systems for monitoring and reporting. Highly responsible, organized, and proactive.
