Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and customizing Service
  Now applications and modules
• Create workflows, scripts, and business rules to meet organizational requirements
• Extend and modify existing Service
  Now modules to add features or improve capabilities
• Provide ongoing support by identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and implementing updates

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in development with Service
  Now products
• Experience with scripting languages, web services, and databases
• Knowledge of Service
  Now projects and workflows at all stages of the project
• Ability to work with teams of functional and technical consultants by gathering requirements and designing Service
  Now solutions
• Relevant certifications are a plus
