Platform Engineer / DevOps Specialist Lisboa

Overview

Location: Lisbon, Hybrid (2 - 3 times a week on the client’s office)

Eligibility: Candidates must already live in Portugal

Languages: English (C1); French is a plus!

About the Role: You will help define and implement our client’s
- wide Dev
Ops strategy, streamline delivery processes, and ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering or Dev
  Ops
• Languages: English (C1); French is a plus!
• Cloud Platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP as your main playground for scalable infrastructure
• CI/CD Tools – Jenkins, Argo CD, Git
  Lab CI, Circle
  CI, or Artifactory to automate software delivery
• Containers & Orchestration – Docker and Kubernetes to run and scale applications effortlessly
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud
  Formation to automate deployments and manage environments
• Scripting Languages – Python, Bash, or Power
  Shell to build automation scripts and integrations
• Monitoring & Logging – Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or the ELK Stack for visibility and performance tracking
• Security & Networking – Implement and maintain secure configurations and network reliability

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable and secure platform infrastructure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) practices to streamline provisioning and configuration.
• Oversee containerization and orchestration environments to support microservices and modern workloads.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and secure system performance and availability.
• Stay ahead of emerging tools and technologies to continuously improve our platform capabilities.
