? Role and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Design, develop, and enhance internal developer platforms using Backstage and related frameworks to streamline developer workflows and
  - service capabilities.
• CI/CD & Git
  Ops: Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Git
  Ops workflows to ensure efficient, reliable, and automated software deployments.
• Container Orchestration: Architect, integrate, and manage Kubernetes and Docker solutions as the backbone of our platform infrastructure.
• Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C): Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, promoting reproducibility, version control, and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to understand needs, deliver secure, reliable, and scalable platform solutions, and foster a strong Dev
  Ops culture.
• Automation & SRE: Drive automation strategies across the platform and adopt Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve service reliability, performance, and incident management.
• Observability & Security: Embed observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) and security best practices into the core of platform design and operations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure) and with
  - cloud strategies.
• Knowledge of security best practices for platform engineering, including secret management, network policies, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Git
  Ops tools and methodologies (e. G. , Argo
  CD, Flux).

Work Model & Schedule

• Hybrid Regime: 3 days per week
  - site at our office in Lisbon city center, with the remaining days available for remote work.
