Platform Engineering Team Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for someone to lead our Platform Engineering team, responsible for the Internal Developer Platform that supports all the company’s development teams. If you enjoy improving processes, making things work, and ensuring everything runs efficiently, this position is for you.

Your mission will be to maintain and evolve the platform, ensuring development teams have a smooth, secure, and productive experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Engineering team, promoting best practices and collaboration
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the Internal Developer Platform
• Implement continuous improvements in processes and tools
• Work with technologies such as Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Nexus, Gerrit, Jira, and Confluence
• Collaborate with development teams to optimise pipelines and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master’s degree or relevant experience in a related field
• Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Gerrit)
• Knowledge of automation and infrastructure (Ansible, Docker Swarm)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and artifact management (Jenkins, Nexus)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
• Analytical capacity to solve complex problems
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and clients
• Fluency in English
