We are searching for a Platform Expert Salesforce for a project based in Lisbon:

Profile: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Expert specializing in Marketing, Sales, and Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform management, with a focus on optimizing and enhancing our marketing, sales, and service processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support marketing, sales, and service operations.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems and
  - party applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for
  - users.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant).
• Proven experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
