Responsibilities
- Develop an
- depth understanding of all interfaces on the i
Capital platform and proactively identify and address issues, seeking continuous platform improvements. - Collaborate with senior team members to scope, prepare, and manage tasks essential for successful platform and fund launches.
- Configure and customize platform settings, manage user setup, map offering documents, and test configurations for quality prior to launch.
- Respond to platform update requests using the team’s ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
- Support internal and external stakeholders, including managing and prioritizing project deliverables with the Operations Platform Support team.
- Contribute to process guide updates, incorporating new solutions and product enhancements.
- Assist with updating team documentation (e. g. , process guides) as new product solutions and enhancements emerge.

Capital. - Support data integrations with clients/vendors and may participate and/or lead customer demonstrations as enhancements or new solutions are introduced.
Qualifications
- B. Sc in computer or related fields (academic and/or professional qualification).
- 2+ years of work experience in business integration, project implementation or technology.
- Exposure to technical platform integration, business processes, and workflows is advantageous.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills; ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures.
- Self-driven with a collaborative spirit; able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Client-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement in a
- paced, entrepreneurial setting. - Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with external partners, internal business and finance managers globally.
- Technical expertise including comfort with spreadsheets, business intelligence tools and an understanding of databases (SQL is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English; other languages are a plus.
