Your role in our team

You will be responsible for our PLC-Software Development, testing, and integration of our PLC Sorter Library, consulting the PLC Engineering team during the design and commissioning phases, and facilitating the
- how transfer between the development and engineering departments.

This Includes

1. Development, standardization, and ongoing improvement of our software library using agile processes.
2. Responsibility for software commissioning and testing during the development phase at either PLC internal simulation, customer test centers, or at site.
3. Consulting the project manager during the design phase, software engineering, commissioning, and integration.
4. Developing
   - specific solutions aligned with the library.
5. Supporting and optimizing the interface between software parametrization processes and the software generation toolchain.
6. Supporting the transition of existing customers from S7 Classic to S7 TIA.
7. Emulating the implemented software using "Digital Twin" solutions.
8. Possibility of site visits for new software developments.
9. Working closely with the commissioning team during the integration phase of our sorting system.

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree in electrotechnics, automation technology, or similar.
2. Experience in leading software engineering teams and/or commissioning/integration.
3. Expertise in TIA-Portal, software engineering, and software architecture.
4. Advanced knowledge of Profinet, AS-Interface, Profibus, CAN Bus, Ethernet TCP/IP.
5. Advanced knowledge of drive technology (Siemens/SEW).
6. Proficiency in Siemens Fail Safe programming.
7. Knowledge of HMI technology using Win
   CC.
8. Knowledge of OPC UA communication between TIA PLC and plant SCADA systems.
9. Good understanding of IT infrastructure, control systems, and networks.
10. Experience with emulation software; preferred tool is Demo 3D.
11. At least 3 years of experience in commissioning complex automated plants, such as logistics sorting centers.
12. Knowledge of Allen-Bradley systems is an advantage.
13. Excellent English skills (spoken and written) for working in an international team.
14. Strong communication skills, teamwork, stress resilience, and commitment to business goals.
15. Willingness to support worldwide customer projects.
