We are looking for an PMO | Project & Services Management (Data & Analytics) !
Responsabilities:
- Project Governance & Delivery
- Monitor and support project performance, ensuring adherence to methodologies
- and best practices;
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and
- templates;
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management;
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning;
- Provide training and support to project teams regarding frameworks, best practices and tools;
- Assist in identifying project risks and facilitate mitigation strategies;
- Facilitate a Project Manager Community of Practice (Co
P). - Operational Readiness & Service Management
- Lead implementation of
-
- run processes for applications; - Collaborate with Application Managers for operational handovers and documentation;
- Enforce compliance with service transition standards;
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and incident management;
- Implement and maintain the Application Management framework;
- Ensure lifecycle processes for applications are documented and followed;
- Facilitate an Application Manager Community of Practice (Co
P); - Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Serve as liaison between Project Managers, Application Managers and Operations;
- Ensure transparency of processes and expectations;
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on risks and improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field;
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certifications are a plus;
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or service management.
- Experience with Service
Now PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Share
Point, and Confluence. - Proven ability to implement operational readiness and service transition processes.
- Strong leadership and organizational change management skills.
- Structured and
- oriented mindset with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive
- functional collaborator. - Experience in data & analytics application lifecycle and support models.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in production environments.
- Relevant work experience: provide no more than 5 work roles. All should be relevant for the position;
- Education: provide no more than 2 relevant degrees or educational programs.
- Fluent English.
