Responsibilities

-Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards

-Support the coordination of project governance forums, including preparing packs, minutes, and
- ups

-Collate and analyse data to support reporting to stakeholders and programme leadership

-Assist in maintaining resource and financial tracking across the programme

-Help embed best practice PMO standards and processes

-Monitor adherence to governance controls and escalate
- compliance

-Support audits and stage gate reviews

Essential skills

-Mininum of 5 years of experience on similar roles

-Experience in a PMO or project support role within a
- scale programme environment

-Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools and governance frameworks

-Excellent Excel, Power
Point, and reporting skills

-Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

-Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

-Good knowledge of English
