PMO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to lead and support our Project from both technical and functional perspectives. The person will lead cross functional delivery, coordinate internal stakeholders and partners, drive requirements and governance, and ensure milestones and KPIs are achieved to unlock decision quality information across the enterprise. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple projects, drive business requirements collection, and ensure effective governance and reporting.
Your Responsabilities
- Manage and oversee the program lifecycle from initiation to delivery;
- Coordinate multiple projects;
- Schedule meetings and setting up meetings;
- Implement and refine project management methodologies;
- Contribute to the maturity and optimization of PMO processes;
- Prepare meeting documents e. g. attendance registers, agenda, presentations, etc;
- Distribute reports and meeting output to approved stakeholders;
- Update lessons learned, Extract key reports and ensure others deliver.
Business & Technical Alignment:
- Identify & capture, scope, objectives & deliverables;
- Extract draft Project Charters;
- Identify and capture assumptions and concerns;
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings;
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
Reporting & KPI Management:
- Update costs, tasks, benefits and team members hours/backfill costs;
- Obtain document approvals,
- offs and ensure documents are uploaded; - Update Actions, Risks and decisions;
- Track task progress;
- Extract Project Dashboards and distribute to Stakeholders;
- Upload Milestones;
- Define and track project KPIs;
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a PMO Consultant in complex,
- project environments. - Strong knowledge of IT and Finance domains.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both business and technical language.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e. g. , PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitation.
- Experience in reporting and KPI tracking.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience in digital transformation or ERP/Finance systems projects.
