PMO Coordinator

- being. We're looking for a PMO Coordinator to join their dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Follow up the scope of the project, set timescales, determine the resources required and define milestones;
- Co-ordinating the project team and collaborating with other departments and third parties to ensure the perfect execution of projects;
- Monitor project progress (follow up meetings with Corporate) and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful meetings;
- Organize and prepare the documentation for internal meetings with all departments to keep everyone informed about the progress of the streams;
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks;
- Maintaining communication with stakeholders and reporting on the status of the project on a regular basis;
- Ensure that projects are completed within the established budget and timeframe.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in:
- SAP Knowledge (advanced);
- Analytical skills;
- Proactivity;
- Organisational and planning skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- At least 3 years of SAP implementation experience.
