Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or service management (mandatory)
• Bachelor-'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certifications (mandatory)
• Experience with Service
  Now PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Share
  Point, and Confluence
• Proven ability to implement operational readiness and service transition processes
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
