We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialised consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What will you be doing?

• Updating reference repositories;
• Preparing onboarding materials for new employees;
• Managing invoicing activities;
• Organising visits to Azqore (badges, meeting rooms, logistics);
• Automating internal processes;
• Updating and formatting Power BI dashboards;
• Organising events and seminars;
• Supporting performance surveys and maintaining the skill matrix.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a PMO, preferably with a focus on reporting;
• Strong understanding of data extraction, reconciliation, and KPI tracking;
• Hands‑on experience with Excel and Power BI;
• Availability for a hybrid work model (twice a week in the office)
• Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese – mandatory
• Must be based in Portugal, with citizenship or legal authorisation to work in the country
