Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field;

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certifications(mandatory);

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or service management (mandatory);

• Experience with Service
Now PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Share
Point, and Confluence ;

• Proven ability to implement operational readiness and service transition processes;

Key Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational change management skills;

• Structured and
- oriented mindset with attention to detail;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;

• Proactive
- functional collaborator;

• Experience in data & analytics application lifecycle and support models ;

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in production environments .
