We are looking for PMO (Financial Reporting)!
Mission:
Financial & Program Management:
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to executive committees.
- Track, analyze, and forecast project financial metrics and KPIs.
- Support portfolio financial analysis and budget optimization.
- Create and maintain
- level dashboards and performance presentations. - Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with governance standards.
Quality Management & Gate Processes
- Design, implement, and manage Quality Gates processes across all program projects.
- Facilitate and conduct quality reviews and gate assessments.
- Support Project Managers in quality assurance and compliance activities.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Support overall program governance framework and compliance requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communications and set clear expectations.
- Coordinate between financial, quality, and project management teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and process standards.
- Support change management initiatives across the program.
Requirements:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum 3 years experience in PMO (Project Management Officer) or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Gate processes.
- Experience with PMO tools and financial systems.
- Proven track record in financial reporting.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience with global teams is a plus.
- Good level of english.
