We are looking for a PMO – French Speaker to join one of our biggest clients, a leading multinational in the financial services sector, with a strong presence in Europe and a focus on digital transformation and operational excellence.

Location: Offices in Porto (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Manage permanent costs (CPREM) and control planning
• Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project tracking (MEVOL, PRJ)
• Assist Program Managers in preparing IC documentation
• Define and control the Tribe's capacity plan
• Perform budgetary monitoring and risk assessment

What you are like:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as PMO
• Strong coordination and motivation skills
• Systematic, logical and critical thinking
• Excellent synthesis capabilities and commitment to delivery
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Jira
• Practical experience with Clarity and Power
  BI
• Proficiency in SQL and financial control tools
• Fluent in English (Expert level) and French (Mastery level)
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal office hours when required
• Work on challenging projects for big clients
