We are hiring a PMO Lead to join our Tech
Hub. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects while driving initiatives to enhance portfolio, program, and project governance frameworks. Your primary focus will be enhancing project governance, overseeing project performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. This role supports the successful delivery of the project portfolio, requiring the ability to identify business needs through thorough analysis and continuous improvement strategies with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless execution of projects and contribute to portfolio, program, and project governance improvements.
• Oversee project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify business needs through thorough analysis and implement solutions with a high level of autonomy.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to support successful project delivery within the Tech
  HUB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in project management with a focus on project controlling and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Portfolio Management tools and Business Process Modeling.
• Prince2 or PMP certification preferred; previous experience as a Project Manager is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
