We are looking for a PMO & Service Management Specialist to join a team in the construction sector.

This professional will play a key role in project governance, application operationalization, and stakeholder management, ensuring best practices and contributing to excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, or a similar field;
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or service management;
• Proven experience in operational readiness and service transition;
• Knowledge of Service
  Now PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Office, Share
  Point, and Confluence;
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certifications (valued);
• Strong skills in leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational change;
• Experience in the lifecycle of data and analytics applications;
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in production environments;
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support project execution, ensuring best practices and methodologies;
• Develop and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and reports (dashboards, KPIs);
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning;
• Lead operational readiness and service transition processes for applications;
• Collaborate with Application Managers on handovers and documentation;
• Promote continuous improvement in service delivery and incident management;
• Act as a liaison between PMO, Application Managers, and Operations;
• Provide regular updates to senior management on risks, progress, and improvements;
• Train and mentor teams, as well as facilitate the Project Managers community (Co
  P).
