PMO - Lisbon, PORTUGAL
Inetum is looking for a PMO Support professional with experience in project portfolio management , governance, and
- functional support for project management teams in a challenging context with national impact. The professional will join a key public sector project, with a focus on initiatives funded by the PRR.
Location: Lisbon
Main responsibilities:
Manage the project portfolio, ensuring visibility and strategic coherence;
Disseminate and monitor the governance model;
Maintain ongoing alignment with structures from various public entities;
Provide
- functional support to project managers, focusing on organization, communication, and goal achievement;
Prepare regular reports focusing on execution KPIs;
Coordinate and energize
- up meetings with Project Managers and external entities;
Monitor requests, support
- making processes, and prepare governance meetings;
Create and update strategic documentation (roadmaps, presentations, minutes, etc. );
Monitor plans, milestones, interdependencies, and documentation in MS Teams;
Support the standardization and structuring of project documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in PMO roles;
Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and portfolio management;
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and promote best practices;
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Project, Excel, Power
Point, Teams, etc. );
Autonomy, proactivity, and strong attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
