We seek a Business Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Hybrid working mode with base in Lisbon .

Main Tasks:

• Ensures the Local Roll Out under supervision of Territory Procurement Coverage, Support & Tools Officer.

• Supports local teams in definition and collection of specifications. Data collection, validation of local stakeholders.

• Test & Change Management: Coordinates and drives E2E tests. Works with global and local teams on test and training customization. Drives Local trainings. Provides Support to end users during Aftercare. Promote communication with local stakeholders.

• Ensure correct data migration of current repositories and tools to PWISE.

• Project monitoring and reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power
Point)

• Sharepoint

• IVALUA

• English - Expert

• Portuguese - Mastery

• Spanish - Practice

• Project management knowledge / experience
