Inetum is looking for a PMO Support professional with experience in project portfolio management, governance, and
- functional support for project management teams in a challenging context with national impact. The professional will join a key public sector project, with a focus on initiatives funded by the PRR.

Location:

Lisbon

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the project portfolio, ensuring visibility and strategic coherence;
  
  
  
  
• Disseminate and monitor the governance model;
  
  
  
  
• Maintain ongoing alignment with structures from various public entities;
  
  
  
  
• Providecross-functional support to project managers, focusing on organization, communication, and goal achievement;
  
  
  
  
• Prepareregular reports focusing on execution KPIs;
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate and energize
  - up meetings with Project Managers and external entities;
  
  
  
  
• Monitorrequests, support
  - making processes, and prepare governance meetings;
  
  
  
  
• Create and update strategic documentation (roadmaps, presentations, minutes, etc. );
  
  
  
  
• Monitorplans, milestones, interdependencies, and documentation in MS Teams;
  
  
  
  
• Supportthe standardization and structuring of project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PMO roles;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and portfolio management;
  
  
  
  
• Abilityto collaborate with multiple stakeholders and promote best practices;
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Project, Excel, Power
  Point, Teams, etc. );
  
  
  
  
• Autonomy, proactivity, and strong attention to detail;
  
  
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
