Responsibilities

Lead the
-
- day operation of the PMO function across the EPOS transformation.
Define and enforce programme governance standards, processes, and reporting cycles.
Own the programme’s RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) framework and ensure effective tracking and escalation.
Oversee integrated planning, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, and dependency management.
Manage programme reporting to steering groups, executive stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Support programme/quality assurance across all delivery activities, including stage gates and audit readiness.
Lead and mentor a team of PMO Analysts and Coordinators.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and HR to ensure alignment with commercial and resource processes.
Drive continual improvement of PMO tools and best practices.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles.
Proven experience leading PMO functions in
- scale, complex programmes (ideally retail or EPOS-related).
Exceptional skills in governance, planning, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting.
Strong PMO leadership experience across multiple programmes.
Experience in
- vendor,
- geography delivery environments.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power
Point, and project portfolio tools (e. g. , Planisware, Clarity).
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills at all levels.
Good knowledge of English.
