• Support Program organization, PMO activities, planning and reporting.
• Act as sparring partner to the Project / Program Manager with an agile mindset.
• Coordinate Program roadmaps, milestones and status reporting.
• Plan, organize and facilitate Program meetings, steering committees and key engagements.
• Prepare and coordinate Quality Gates (Q-Gates) and ensure completion of mandatory quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, guidelines and quality standards.
• Coach and support project leads on quality processes and best practices.
• Support escalations, risks and
  - related issues.
• Maintain collaboration platforms and support onboarding, access management and stakeholder coordination.
• Very good English skills
