What we are looking for

Hard skills

- Support Program organization, PMO activities, planning and reporting.

- Act as sparring partner to the Project / Program Manager with an agile mindset.

- Coordinate Program roadmaps, milestones and status reporting.

- Plan, organize and facilitate Program meetings, steering committees and key engagements.

- Prepare and coordinate Quality Gates (Q-Gates) and ensure completion of mandatory quality documentation.

- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, guidelines and quality standards.

- Coach and support project leads on quality processes and best practices.

- Support escalations, risks and
- related issues.

- Maintain collaboration platforms and support onboarding, access management and stakeholder coordination.

- Very good English skills
