Pmo (Project Management Officer)

We are looking for an PMO (Project Management Officer)!
Mission: We are looking for a PMO (Project Management Officer) to lead and structure project management processes, ensuring strategic alignment, meeting deadlines and delivering excellent results. The professional will be responsible for implementing and monitoring governance methodologies, tools and practices, as well as supporting teams and managers in the execution of projects.
Responsabilities:
- Developing and managing the organization's project portfolio in line with strategic objectives.
- Implementing and supervising project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for management.
- Provide technical and strategic support to project teams.
- Ensuring the efficient management of resources, budgets and deadlines.
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders and promoting organizational alignment.
- Identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans.
- Train and coach teams in good project management practices.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related areas.
- Proven experience in project management and/or PMO functions.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc. ).
- PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.
- Languages: Portuguese: Native | English: good level of speaking and writing (required) | French and Spanish: medium level (valued).
