We are currently seeking a Project Manager Officer for a client in the Printing & Distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement project management tools, templates, and methodologies from scratch;
2. Serve as the central coordination point for all IT projects, including SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Digital Business;
3. Lead and organize steering committees, ensuring alignment and engagement of senior stakeholders;
4. Define project scopes, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery;
5. Coordinate
   - country and
   - system project initiatives with internal teams and
   - party vendors;
6. Drive reporting and transparency through dashboards and performance metrics for leadership;
7. Foster continuous improvement in project execution, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction;
8. Establish a culture of accountability, structure, and professionalism in project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proven experience (minimum 4-5 years) in IT Project Management, preferably in Shared Services or consulting;
2. Strong track record managing complex IT projects in areas like SAP (ERP), E-Commerce & Digital Business, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics;
3. Experience working in international environments with distributed teams and
   - country stakeholders;
4. Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and performance measurement;
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;
6. Fluent in English (mandatory);
7. PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
