Role: PMO

Services:

-Supporting the Global Data Platform program;

-Monitoring and tracking program budgets, actuals and financial forecasts;

-Program Governance;

-Financial and Budget Management;

-Carbon footprint impact management according to the Digital sustainability rules defined;

-Management of transversal topics;

-Managing resource allocation, capacity planning, budget consumption,
- tracking;

-Expertise as PMO for large and complex programs.

Responsibilities:

-Budget tracking reports outlining planned vs. actual expenditures;

-Monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis;

-Status reports on program progress and milestones, including KPIs;

-Risk management log detailing identified risks, mitigation strategies and status updates;

-Program execution plan updates reflecting changes and developments;

-Business case.

Expertise:

-Strong analytical and
- solving expertise;

-High attention to detail and organizational expertise;

-Collaborating in a
- functional environment;

-Adaptability and resilience in managing program complexities;

-Expertise in PMO or project management roles;

-Expertise in project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, Jira);

-Expertise of budgeting and financial management principles;

-English environment;

-Expertise with data governance and data management frameworks;

-Expertise in tracking KPIs and reporting on program performance.
