About the role

The PMO will be responsible for overseeing and managing mid to
- scale technical projects, particularly focusing on complex system integration initiatives. This role requires strong project governance,
- functional coordination, and stakeholder management within an international, multicultural environment.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Manage mid to
  - scale technical projects, with a strong focus on system integration initiatives;
• Coordinate
  - functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders;
• Ensure
  - time,
  - budget, and
  - quality delivery of project milestones;
• Identify and mitigate project risks and interdependencies;
• Operate within an international and multicultural context, collaborating closely with global teams.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking/financial sector (minimum 3–5 years);
• Solid background in technical project delivery (e. g. , core banking migrations, platform integrations, IT transformations);
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies;

Nice to have:

• Project management certifications (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum);
• A
  - on,
  - driven, and
  - oriented mindset;
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken;

Personal traits

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients, and to thrive in a multinational corporate environment;
• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders;
