Job Description
Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design/deployment/integration/transformation, and education. It aims to generate revenue and increase customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimizing, operating, and maintaining phases.
Architecture (ART) involves developing

- end solution architecture tailored to specific needs, working as part of a customer team. It includes defining architecture, which encompasses integration design and specification of products and/or services that constitute the solution.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Develop customer solution architecture within your area of expertise, propose products for customer solutions, and initiate necessary evaluations and validations.
- Maintain knowledge of the dedicated customer architecture and regional requirements.
- Understand and capture critical stakeholder inputs, translating them into effective requirements and solutions.
- Specify and design effective

- end solutions, including high and
- level architecture design, to meet customer needs from a market positioning perspective. - Apply solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to ensure solution integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets client requirements.
- Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate effective solutions in specialized domains to meet customer requirements, considering both high and
- level architecture design. - Develop the full scope of solutions, collaborating across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
- Lead projects with manageable risks and resources or small teams, handle

- day staff management issues, including resource management and work allocation.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience and/or a graduate or higher degree
- Experience in SW Telco solution development and/or integration
- Experience with High/Low Level Design documents
- Advanced software development and integration capabilities
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and databases (Aerospike, Maria
DB, Oracle, SQL) - Competence in TCP/IP and protocols like Diameter (Gx-Rx-Sy), HTTP2, SIP, Sigtran, SOAP-XML, SNMP
- Advanced knowledge of network architectures/products and international standards such as 3GPP/ETSI
- Cloud knowledge (VNF, CNF) and related platforms (CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM) or similar (Vm
Ware/Open
Stack) - Basic knowledge of Policy software solutions based on 5780DSC/SPS-P/NPC is a notable advantage
- Experience with application integration projects, especially in
- business domains or complex projects - Familiarity with payment systems, mobile network integration, Vo
LTE, and IMS - Previous experience with OSS/BSS systems and frameworks
- Solution Architect accreditation or relevant experience
