We are currently looking for Polish and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

At Intelcia Portugal, we have the job for you!

Your new role

• Handle customer requests by answering incoming calls using the tools acquired during our initial training.
• Respond to customer requests effectively and promptly, ensuring
  - quality service.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance customer experience.
• Perform administrative tasks such as documentation management and database updates.

What you need to succeed

• Fluent or bilingual in Polish and English.
• Computer literacy, with ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills across various channels.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and be a team player.
