Polish and English Speaker Customer Advisors - Lisbon

We are a global outsourcing company that helps clients focus on their goals and core missions. We are looking for Polish and English Speaker Customer Advisors.

Your new role will involve:

• Handling customer requests by answering incoming calls using the tools acquired during our initial training
• Answering customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a
  - quality service is provided
• Providing product and tool support to improve customers' experience
• Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Polish and English fluency or bilingualism
• Computer literacy and the ability to easily browse different software programs in parallel
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to
  - task
