Polish Customer Advisor for NIKON - Lisbon, Portugal

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Polish Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support Polish-speaking customers with inquiries related to NIKON's photography products, ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Polish-speaking clients
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues related to NIKON products
• Document interactions and provide feedback for service improvements
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
• Stay updated on NIKON products, promotions, and updates
• Collect customer feedback to identify trends and improve services
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and

• Problem-solving skills and proactive inquiry handling
• Interest in photography and familiarity with NIKON products is a plus
• Proficiency with customer service tools
• Ability to work in a
