Overview

As a customer service specialist for Nikon, you will provide phone and email support, troubleshoot issues, build meaningful relationships, meet service quality goals, and help create an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by answering questions via phone and email.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer demands using available resources.
• Build courteous, friendly, and professional relationships with customers.
• Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
• Create an experience that customers value and Nikon is proud of.
• Follow management direction and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Native or proficient Polish (C2).
• Advanced English (C1) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills – excellent phone conversation, attentive listening, superior writing.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Curious investigator and problem solver with desire to learn and advance.
• High‑speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
