Your Role as a Customer Advisor:

• Represent a global brand
• Build customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Troubleshoot using questions, support documents, and systems
• Provide solutions to common issues and FAQs

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (C2 level or native)
• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Typing speed of at least 25 wpm
• Availability for rotating shifts
• Previous experience with clients preferred
• Strong listening and empathy skills
• Team player and flexible
