Cross Border Talents is recruiting Polish Customer Advisor to work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities by offering the best quality service to their customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Advisor:

• Represent a worldwide brand.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure the best experience for the customer.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

• Native Polish Speaker.
• Good in English.
• Typing Speed: 20 words per minute.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
• Good listening and empathy skills.
• Team spirit and flexibility.
