Customer Service Representatives are the first contact point for customers with questions or concerns. Their primary objective is to ensure customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with the companys products or services.
Whether through phone, email, or chat, CSRs are always ready to go the extra mile!
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails or chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide

- date product and service information to customers - Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services
- Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume and resolution time
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or near native level of Polish
- Based in Lisbon
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level, oral validation will be conducted)
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills
