Role overview: Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients' needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
Customer contacts with challenging questions/requests via:
- Chat
Convert the majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls to:
- Offer white glove support regarding our services

As an Advertisers Support Specialist, you'll assist advertisers in a dynamic environment. Advertisers and agencies reach out for
- sales support and troubleshooting. Your role focuses on enhancing their advertising experience by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding platform use, and improving overall satisfaction. You'll work closely with a multilingual team to support SMBs through various channels (chat, email, phone), ensuring timely resolutions and providing product support across
- service tools.
Training program and compensation: €92. 80 per week, for 15 working days (8 hours per day), conducted in English.
Salary options include:
- €1, 295 gross/month, including base salary, holidays allowance, Christmas allowance, meal allowance.
- €1, 040. 68 gross/month, including base salary, room allowance, holiday allowance, Christmas allowance, and meal allowance.

Accommodation details:
The company offers a furnished room in a shared apartment, with all expenses paid by the company (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet within responsible use). Apartments are 20-60 minutes from the workplace. Upon arrival, bedsheets, pillows, and towels are provided.
Schedule & Location:
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, including weekends, on a rotational shift basis. Days off are assigned by the shift manager and announced 4 weeks in advance.
Holidays:
Portuguese public holidays apply. Working on a holiday grants a compensatory day, to be used later with project approval.
Vacation entitlement:
Up to 20 days in the first year, proportional to the signing month; thereafter, 22 days per calendar year.
