Overview
Role overview: Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Assist advertisers and agencies with
- sales support and troubleshooting in a dynamic environment. - Resolve technical issues, report bugs, guide platform use, and improve overall satisfaction.
- Support SMBs through multiple channels (chat, email, phone) in a multilingual team.
- Offer
- glove support regarding our services and ensure timely resolutions. - Convert the majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls to provide proactive assistance.
- Work with multiple tools and multitask to manage inquiries efficiently.
Training, Compensation & Benefits
Training program and compensation: 92. 80 per week, 15 working days (8 hours per day) conducted in English.
Salary options:
- 1295 gross/month, including base salary, holidays allowance, Christmas allowance, meal allowance.
- 1040, 68 EUR gross/month, including base salary, room allowance, holiday allowance, Christmas allowance, and meal allowance.

Accommodation Details
The company offers living in a room in
- rented apartments for at least the first 14 months. Apartments are fully equipped and furnished, including kitchen, living room with cable TV and wireless internet; all expenses are paid by the company (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet within responsible use). Apartments are typically 20–60 minutes away from the workplace. On arrival, bedsheets, pillows and a towel are provided.
Schedule & Location
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday to Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts, 2 days off per week. Days off are assigned by the shift manager; shifts are communicated 4 weeks in advance to help with planning.
Holidays
As you sign a Portuguese employment contract, Portuguese public holidays apply. If you work on a public holiday, you will receive a compensation day to be spent later with project consent.
In the first year, you are entitled to prorated vacation up to a maximum of 20 days depending on the sign month. In subsequent years, 22 days per calendar year (subject to
- term leaves).
Additional Notes
1-month trial period applies. Temporary contract with potential for renewal and permanency.
